Halloween Kills opens on a 1978 flashback, and to bring Loomis back they cast Tom Jones Jr in the part and had Colin Mahan dub Donald Pleasence's voice over the top. It works far better than it has any right to. This is the butcher knife from the present-day half of the film, cast in injection plastic by Trick or Treat Studios with the paintwork doing all the heavy lifting. Thirteen inches and entirely harmless.
