Doug Bradley turned a few lines of dialogue and a grid of pins into one of horror's most recognisable villains — Pinhead glides through Clive Barker's 1987 Hellraiser dispensing chains, punishments, and quietly polite threats. Trick or Treat Studios' full-head latex mask nails the sculpted grid across his scalp, the pale skin, and every tiny scar where a pin is pushed through. The metallic pins ship separately and slot into pre-marked holes, so you build him yourself and choose when the Cenobite is ready to rise.
