Paul Rudd co-wrote the script he then had to shrink into, which is a level of commitment most actors avoid. Hot Toys built their 2015 Ant-Man to match: a 1/6 scale Scott Lang in the red and black suit, weathered like he has been crawling through a Pym Tech air vent all afternoon. The helmeted head lights up when closed, so the eyes glow across a dark shelf. Drop in fresh batteries and he earns his spot.
