Mega-Punch He-Man from the 200x line, the variant built around those oversized rock-fist gauntlets and heavy chest armour. The 200x series leaned hard into the brawler look and this one delivers it. Note that the gloves present are red rather than the silver shown on the original packaging, indicating they are from a different figure in the line.
