Mekaneck has always been the underdog of Eternia — the guy whose power is a stretchy neck and whose day job is basically being a living periscope for Castle Grayskull. The 200x line gave him the Serpent Track upgrade and suddenly he's got a missile launcher, a snake clamp, and a reason to be at the front of the shelf. The Mike Young Productions redesign suits him — leaner, meaner, and finally armed for a fight.
