"Avion's finest, and the first to arrive."
Stratos was one of the original eight figures Mattel put out in 1982, alongside He-Man, Skeletor and the rest of the first shelf. Winged Warrior of Avion, jet harness on, permanently ready to go and fetch someone. The Cartoon Collection exists to match the figures to how they looked on Filmation rather than how they looked on the card, so this is the screen version: red helmet, blue harness, red wings and that stern beaky face doing all the acting.
