Ken Anderson talked the company into lowering a microphone from the rafters so he could introduce himself, then drew his own name out until the crowd shouted the second Kennedy for him. It worked. Jakks Pacific's Ruthless Aggression Series 29 release is the seven-inch scale that ran right through that era, and this one is still sealed in the packaging. Whether he was ever going to be the guy is a pub argument that has now run for nearly twenty years.
