Danny DeVito didn't play The Penguin. He became him. Tim Burton's 1992 Batman Returns gave us Oswald Cobblepot as a genuinely tragic, utterly repulsive creature of the sewers, and DeVito's performance is the reason every Penguin since has been measured against it. NECA's 8-inch clothed figure gets the details spot on: fur-trimmed coat in tailored soft goods with wire so it poses like the film, the unmistakable DeVito head, and accessories that scream Arctic World. Fish snack included. Of course there's a fish snack.
