Danny DeVito didn't play The Penguin — he became him. Tim Burton's 1992 Batman Returns gave us Oswald Cobblepot as a genuinely tragic, utterly repulsive creature of the sewers, and DeVito's performance is the reason every Penguin since has been measured against it. NECA's 8-inch clothed figure gets the details spot on: fur-trimmed coat in tailored soft goods with wire so it poses like the film, the unmistakable DeVito head sculpt, and accessories that scream Arctic World. Fish snack included. Of course there's a fish snack.
