Halloween II picks up on the same night as the 1978 original, three years later in real time, which is why Jamie Lee Curtis spends most of it in a wig. NECA's Ultimate release covers the whole hospital run with three swappable heads, taking you from clean mask to blood-soaked to the ruined eye from the finale. The syringe, the knife and the hammer are all there, plus a jack-o'-lantern with a lid that actually opens.
