"Channel 3's least believable news story."
Judith Hoag played April in Steve Barron's 1990 film and then did not come back for the sequel, with Paige Turco taking over from Secret of the Ooze onwards. So this is the only April that Hoag's face belongs to. NECA's figure uses her authorised likeness with a swappable head, several pairs of hands, her Channel 3 microphone, her handbag and one of Raphael's sai. The reporter who found four of them in a sewer and filed the story anyway.
