Edwin Neal once said shooting the original 1974 film was worse than his time in the army, and the heat in that farmhouse is right there on screen. His Hitchhiker is the twitchy Sawyer brother, grave robber and the worst lift you'll ever accept. Fifty years on, NECA gives him the retro clothed treatment with tailored fabric, just like the cardback figures of the era. He turns up with his camera, satchel and straight razor.
