NECA's Ultimate figure hands the mischievous half of the double act his rubber duckie, a framed photo of him and Bert, and the letter C, with a swappable head and spare hands for the full range of Ernie shrugs. Stand him beside Ultimate Bert and put the apartment back together. Keeping him out of the bath is your problem.
