"The Profit-taking Pirates of the Universe"
The Ferengi were meant to be the new Klingons when they turned up in The Last Outpost in 1987. Audiences took one look at them bouncing around with energy whips and decided otherwise, so the writers quietly rebuilt them into the funniest species in the quadrant. Armin Shimerman was one of those first four and later got Quark as an apology. This one comes loaded: energy whip, hand blaster, rifle and a handful of dilithium crystals.
