Art the Clown started out in a 2008 short called The 9th Circle, played by Mike Giannelli, and only became the Art everyone knows when David Howard Thornton took the greasepaint in 2016. Thornton came up through theatre and mime, which is why every silent gesture reads so clearly. Trick or Treat Studios have him at 30cm with the screen-accurate costume, four swappable hands and the saw, so you can stage the grin at eye level.
