2007 was a strange summer. 7-Eleven converted eleven of its shops into working Kwik-E-Marts, and Burger King handed out gold Simpsons statues like the fast food industry had collectively lost a bet. This is Chief Wiggum, number 11 of the 15-piece gold talking set, doing his best impression of an Oscar. Press the button in the black pedestal and Springfield's least effective police chief speaks up.
