"Thunderbirds are go!"
Lew Grade watched the first episode in 1965, loved it, and ordered every instalment stretched from 25 minutes to a full hour, which is why International Rescue always seems to take an age to actually rescue anybody. Matchbox marked all that with this 1992 Radio Times set. Diecast TB1, TB2, TB3, TB4, FAB 1 and a detachable green Pod, still banded into the printed tray. Thunderbird 5 sat this one out, officially for International Rescue security reasons.
