The Untold Legend of the Batman was DC's first ever limited series, three issues from 1980 by Len Wein, with John Byrne on the opener and Jim Aparo taking over after. MPI repackaged the whole run in 1989 as read-along audio drama, full cast, sound effects, the lot. This is all three parts together, each one a comic with its matching cassette, still sealed on the card. A Walkman-era Batman origin story you were meant to listen to under the covers.
Please Note: The clear plastic blister cases are cracked and damaged on all three cards, and the card backs show age and shelf wear. The cassettes have never been unsealed so they are untested, and tapes of this age can suffer from magnetic degradation, sticky shed or stretching. These are sold as collector display pieces, as seen, with no guarantee the audio plays.
