Leonard Snart built his first cold gun off a journal article about cyclotrons, back in Showcase #8 in 1957, which is more homework than most supervillains bother with. The New 52 took the gun off him altogether and moved the cold inside, and that's the version Kotobukiya went with here. Parka hood up, goggles down, both forearms sheathed in clear ice. Magnets in the boots grip the base.
