"The lads who actually did the work on Endor."
The Endor scenes were shot in the redwoods near Crescent City in 1982 under the fake title Blue Harvest: Horror Beyond Imagination, partly to keep tourists away and partly to stop local prices doubling the second anyone heard the words Star Wars. This is one of the green-suited commandos who blew the bunker while everybody went home talking about the Ewoks. Padded fatigues, soft helmet, backpack and the long tan blaster rifle with its strap. Two of them here, each on its own cardback.

- Option 2, Palitoy cardback: Palitoy 65-back with the Rebel Commando name panel intact and the CHEWBACCA BANDOLIER STRAP offer on the reverse. Lucasfilm 1983, Palitoy Division of General Mills, Coalville, Leicester, made in Hong Kong, plus the original Quinnsworth £1.99 price sticker on the front. Figure stamped HONG KONG and © LFL '83 on the back of the thighs, with more obvious play wear
