The Predator's mandibled face exists because James Cameron once told Stan Winston he'd always wanted to see a monster with mandibles, mid-flight while making Aliens. Winston ran with it, and the Yautja have been clicking and snarling ever since. This is Scar, the young blood hunter from 2004's Alien vs Predator, the one who teams up with Lex and brands her as an equal. NECA's Series 14 version shows him unmasked, that wet mouthful of fangs on full display, poseable and decked out in battered Yautja armour.
