James Wan designed Billy himself for the 2004 Saw, a doll built to deliver Jigsaw's rules without Jigsaw ever showing his face. This Trick or Treat Studios mask hands you the job: a full head latex Billy with a working moving-mouth mechanism, so you can actually mouth the speeches at your victims. The red spiral cheeks, the dead eyes, the side-parted hair, all present. Pair it with a black suit and you become the messenger nobody wants ringing the doorbell.
